Terms and Conditions for Dominatrix Services

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the provision of dominatrix services ("Services") by The Fuckery Factory ("Dominatrix") to you ("Client").

1.2 By engaging in the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not engage in the Services deemed by The Fuckery Factory.

2. Nature of Services

2.1 The Services involve a power exchange dynamic in which the Dominatrix assumes the dominant role and the Client assumes the submissive role.

2.2 The specific activities within the Services will be discussed and agreed upon between the Dominatrix and Client prior to each session.

3. Client Eligibility

3.1 You must be at least 18 years old to engage in the Services.

3.2 You must be mentally and emotionally capable of consenting to the Services and understanding the nature of the power exchange dynamic.

3.3 You must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol that impair your judgment or ability to consent during any session.

4. Safety and Boundaries

4.1 Safety is paramount. The Dominatrix will take all reasonable measures to ensure the physical and emotional safety of both parties during the Services.

4.2 Clear boundaries and limits will be established and discussed prior to each session. These boundaries may include physical, emotional, or psychological limits.

4.3 A safe word will be established that the Client can use at any time to immediately stop any activity during a session.

5. Confidentiality

5.1 The Dominatrix will maintain the confidentiality of all personal information and session details shared by the Client, except as required by law or in cases where there is a risk of harm to self or others.

6. Payment

6.1 Payment for the Services will be discussed and agreed upon prior to each session.

6.2 Payment is typically due in full at the beginning of each session, unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

7.1 Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours in advance of a scheduled session.

7.2 Refunds may be provided at the discretion of the Dominatrix depending on the circumstances of the cancellation.

8. Termination

8.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason.

8.2 If the Dominatrix terminates the Agreement, any unused portion of pre-paid sessions will be not be refunded.

9. Liability

9.1 The Client acknowledges that participation in the Services carries inherent risks, including but not limited to emotional and psychological risks. The Client assumes all responsibility for these risks.

9.2 The Dominatrix will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the Client's participation in the Services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

10. Governing Law

10.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arkansas.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration.

12. Entire Agreement

12.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.

By engaging in the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
